College and Mature High School Students:  Have you heard of REACH?

Living your faith and developing leadership skills is a challenge—especially in young adulthood. 

Consider joining the REACH Team, and not only growing in your personal relationship with God, but also sharing it with others. 

The REACH Team will consist of high school and college students from the parish community who will be role models and are a presence in the parish.  They will receive ongoing support and formation in ministering to middle schoolers as they develop leadership experience and personal spirituality. 

We will meet in community once a month for a two hour session.  The first hour is all about you.  The second hour is all about reaching out to others. 

The young people in this group will focus on the Ministry of Hospitality and develop skills in facilitating small groups, including icebreakers, crowd mixers, and leading discussions, to be used in the EDGE Middle School Ministry Program as part of our Continuing Faith Initiative here at St. Richards.
